Unit 5

My personal writing process is free writing and outlines, this is just so fun to do. I like being able to post my thoughts and letting everyone see what I am about because it’s original and it’s my own. If there was one thing about my academic challenges, it would be the time. It’s like I don’t have enough time to do the things I need to do. I know I should plan better but saying it is not as easy as doing it. School right now is very frustrating, but I am hanging in there.

My View of Plagiarism

Based upon my readings, I have came to the conclusion that we cite sources in order to credit to the person who has earned it or is the known founder. I don't think it is right to take credit for someone else's' work if you did not contribute in any way and even if so, partial credit would be more appropriate rather than taking the credit as a whole. I would be very upset if someone was taking the credit for something I have done. I would want my earned recognition. I have never been in a situation of plagiarism professional, I'm not really sure how I would react. I would be very shocked. And yes I do think that the interned blurs a lot about legally owned when it comes to sites like that because half of the people don't know why they are on YouTube and etc. they just know everybody else is doing it.

Hello Everyone,

One topic I find interesting is Identifying symptoms of a early child birth. I do not have any children of my own but I would like to a couple some day. I would like to take all the precautions any other mother would take. Overall I like being a online student. I can work around my 8-5 and still be able to do my work. I don't like that I am anonymous but I think my personality tells it all. I really like being a online student. Am I the only person that feels this way?

Hello Everybody
I love writing in my blog, its like where I go to vent at the end of the week. Easter Holiday was wonderful. I enjoyed being with my family and friends. We never know what kind of things we may encounter but what I have learned is that all ways follow that first little positive voice. You will know its the right choice because you will feel better. I would feel a whole lot better right now if I had followed mine, but I learned from my mistake and I plan to fix my error. SN: put school first, there will always be time for other things if you want to succeed.

striving for success

Hello class. As you may have noticed I have previous blogs. In my second term at Kaplan I came into a little rough spot but I am out of it now and I came back for a third term to try all of this again. I like Kaplan as a whole and I think that I can really progress here in a lot of areas. My advice to any and everyone is to never give up..If you don't do it then whose going to do it for you!

Knowing is the Key!

In this weeks blog I want to try and stay focused. I think we need to cite our sources to give credit to the author or founder. If some one used something I created without giving me proper credit I would file for a lawsuit. Considering some of these real-world plagiarism issues I have learned of that include professionals should be handled like professionals. Depending on the extent of the crime a penalty should be set. I think the options should range from termination, fines, jail time, and/or lawsuit but termination should be a result in all types of plagiarism. I do think that the internet and some sites blur lines of “legally owned”.

My love for school and education

I would like to let everyone know how concerned I am about education and how some people don't take it seriously. Education is so important to me. I look around and I see how others take it for granted. My passion for school is unbelievable. I have so many goals. So much I want to do, so many things I would like to have and so many degrees I want to earn. In life things happen and change our entire perspective about what's going on. I had a reality check and I am so thankful for it.
